These Terms apply to all sales of research-grade peptides made through xenapeptides.com. The products sold are exclusively intended for laboratory and in vitro research use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, do not constitute medicines or dietary supplements, and have not received marketing authorization. The buyer declares to be a researcher, laboratory, or institution authorized to purchase and use these products in the context of lawful research activities. The buyer agrees to comply with applicable regulations in their country (import, export, use). Sales are restricted to adults.
Product descriptions, specifications, and photographs are provided to the best of our knowledge. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that information is error-free. Minor variations (purity, appearance) may exist between lots. Certificates of analysis and lot documentation are available on request for buyers. Prices are shown in EUR including tax or as displayed and may change without notice; only the price at the time of order is binding.
The order is confirmed upon validation of the cart and payment confirmation. A written confirmation email is sent to the buyer. The sales contract is formed upon receipt of our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of doubt as to the legality of intended use, non-compliance with export regulations, or any other legitimate reason. In case of refusal, the amount will be fully refunded.
Prices are shown in EUR including tax for deliveries within the European Union, unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply upon arrival; they are the buyer's responsibility. Shipping costs are displayed before order validation. We reserve the right to modify our prices; confirmed orders remain at the agreed price.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other means as available. Transactions are secured. For cryptocurrency payments, the amount is fixed at the time of transaction and subsequent fluctuations do not give rise to any adjustment. Any payment delay may result in order cancellation and late penalties in accordance with the law.
Delivery times are indicative. Products are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transfer of ownership and risk occurs upon delivery to the recipient or the agreed delivery point. In case of significant delay, the buyer may contact us; we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities. The buyer must verify the condition of packages upon receipt and report any issues within the carrier's deadlines.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers residing in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may be excluded for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (biological products, peptides) once opened. Products remain eligible for returns only if unopened, sealed, and in original packaging, in accordance with our returns policy. Professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in original packaging. Opened, used, or buyer-damaged products cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons. The detailed procedure is set out in our Returns and Refunds page. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and verification of the return.
Our products are manufactured and controlled according to quality standards suitable for research. We guarantee that products conform to their description and our documentation. In case of proven non-conformity (product error, obvious defect), we undertake to replace the product or refund the buyer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, inappropriate storage, or use not conforming to the research purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, data loss, business interruption, etc.). Products are intended for research only; we disclaim any liability in case of use for human or animal consumption or unauthorized purposes. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the use of products and compliance with applicable regulations.
All site content (texts, logos, images, design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.
Data collected during orders is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our privacy policy. These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French courts shall have jurisdiction in the absence of amicable resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments apply to orders placed after their publication on the site. The version in force is that accessible on the date of the order.
