Due to the nature of research peptides and regulatory requirements, returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.
Contact our support team at support@xenapeptides.shop with your order number and reason. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and verify the returned product.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
